SPECIALISED PILATES

A fantastic class to help realign, strengthen and stretch the whole body. Adapted moves are created to relieve tight joints as well as rebalance muscles helping to improve mobility and function.  This class has a place for everyone and all abilities are welcome.

PERSONAL TRAINING

One-to-one or small group training available.  Fully equipped gym with resistance and cardio based activities, the programmes can be individualised for your needs.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Improves athletic performance for key events and competitions as well as injury prevention.  Team or individually based analysis with programme design to enhance strength and performance for various sports are available.  S&C is key for any athlete regardless of ability level.

An instructor led cardio class that will work every inch of your body. 

 

This class is inspired by the martial art that is Kickboxing. 

 

You'll not only have a great workout that will target areas to tone and strengthen, but this class will help you lose inches as you sweat through 60 minutes of punching and kicking.

 

There is no sparring involved but you will learn the correct techniques by a Black Belt and 1st Dan in Kickboxing, to ensure you get the most out of this fantastic way of keeping fit.

A fun and challenging class for all abilities.
