We run over 11 classes each week Monday - Saturday and you can access them all!
Whether your a Legs, Bums & Tums kind of person or you love to get a sweat on with an intense HIIT session we have classes to suit everyone!
You will be given a customised Meal Plan, along with a 42 page recipe booklet, an Eating Out Guide and a Meal Prep Guide. We have done all the hard work, you simply need to follow the advice we give you.
SUPPORT & GUIDANCE
Not only will you be accountable to the class instructor when you are in each week you will also have your own accountability coach who will be on hand within the Private FB Group as well as weekly weigh ins to help keep you on track.
